Okay, so this game is very frustrating, but so far I have succeded in figuring out 2 out of 3 girls. So the game is on 31 days, split in morning, midday and evening. Your boss is there only in the morning at the office and can be gotten withing about 15 days, same goes for the blonde girl at the bar during the evening. The impossible one is the penthouse customer that you find at the boutique after you sold the penthouse. I can’T help with that one. So your boss you need to improoved your negotiaciton skills and talk to her every morning, then eventually you can get her. But once at her appartment you need to compliment her on her kitchen and have small talk then leave. Never rush things up or else you loose relation points. Fuck is achieve at 200 relation and 70 negociation points, and it is again a challenge because she can get frustrated. The blonde at the bar needs a fit guy that wears perfume, so you need to sale at least 2 houses. Buying drinks speeds things up but don’t buy too much or else you will need to sell one more house instead of spenging time on training. Just buy the runing shoes and the perfume with her. You neef fitness 70 and relaiton 150 to have sex. After first sex you can grab boos and legs in public and get relation points from that! Don’t try anal stuff, they don’T like it, after 3 strikes your out of sex. Maybe anal is reserve for the penthouse girl, I have not figured out her yet, she seems impossible to improove relation engough to get her out of the store.
